Annual Global Meeting IESF in Singapur 2023

Our Managing Partner Victor Carulla attended the Annual Global Meeting of the international organization of which he is a part, the International Executive Search Federation (IESF) in Singapore, with Headway Executive Search – IESF being the exclusive partner for Spain and Portugal since 2010. .

Chaired by its president Gertian Van de Groep together with the other global partners, vibrant conversations and enriching and cooperative learning were held for four days.

This year’s theme focused on synergy, leading to in-depth discussions on various topics. A highlight was exploring the substantial role of artificial intelligence in executive search. Amid these rich conversations, new partners Mexico, the United Kingdom, Hungary and South Africa were welcomed to IESF, expanding the presence of the International Federation of Executives to 26 countries.
