Experts at your service
Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the EU Business School in Barcelona, Master in Business Administration from the EU Business School in Montreux (Switzerland) and Advanced Management Program from ESADE and Wharton University. He began his professional career as Financial Controller of an insurance company and held the position of Commercial Director of a multimedia company. He has more than twenty years of experience in the headhunting sector and has been President of IESF and Advisory Board Member.
Víctor Carulla
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Francisco de Vitoria University, attached to the Complutense University of Madrid. After starting his professional career working for a BIG 4, he currently has more than 14 years of experience in Executive Search. Before joining the Headway Executive Search team, he worked in two multinational firms in the sector. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Círculo Ecuestre de Barcelona.
Juan María Nin
Degree in Pedagogy and Master in HR by the Ramón Llull University. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Recruitment, Headhunting and HR Consulting. She has worked 10 years in Multinational Specialized Recruitment Consulting as Executive Manager and Senior Associate, leading the development of Consulting Services. The last 20 years she has worked in Selection, Headhunting and Talent Development Consulting for National and International companies.
Astrid Groot
Graduate in Marketing & Commercial Management from ESIC and Specialization Program in Banking and Finance from CUNEF. With more than 10 years of experience in HR and several entrepreneurial projects among others in the field of talent attraction. Currently specialized in searching for middle managers through direct and tailored search.
Cristóbal Mazarrasa
With a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and Dublin City University, and a Master in Marketing and Communication from ESCP Europe in Paris, Almudena brings more than 12 years of experience in Executive Search both in Spain and Latin America. She is an ACSTH Certified Coach (ICF Approved).
Almudena Jado
Degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and Master in Human Capital Management in Business from the University of Barcelona. She has more than ten years of experience in executive search, both in national and multinational companies.
María Fenosa
Graduated in Law and has a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the University of Barcelona. In addition, she has a solid track record of more than 4 years as a senior profile selection consultant and middle manager in renowned international recruiting firms, where she has stood out for her ability to identify and recruit strategic talent at an executive level.
Inés Frucutoso
Graduated in Political Science and International Relations. Master in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies (IBEI).
He has more than 7 years of experience in peacebuilding and armed conflict issues, both from the academic field and from the public and private sectors. More recently he has focused on consulting for the selection of senior and top management profiles.
Paula Gutiérrez
Graduated in Psychology from the UAB, with a specialization in Organizational Psychology, she holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School. Passionate about talent management, she has specialized in executive search, standing out for her ability to identify and attract high-level professionals. Her experience ranges from searching for international profiles to selecting highly specific talent, senior management, and executives.
