La Gala Más In, from Grupo Sifu

“Life is what you do with it and what you feel when you live it.”

With this phrase of Sara Andrés, professional athlete, we highlight what has been the Gala Más In; an event organized by Fundación Grupo Sifu at the Gran Teatre del Liceu where artists with and without disabilities showed us everything they could do. From parkour, to playing an electronic DJ table, to participating in an orchestra and dancing.

The Grupo Sifu Foundation, a Facility Services company with 30 years of experience promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with functional diversity. One of the ways in which the Foundation gives visibility to its cause is with the Gala Más In, a gala that has been held for more than 11 years in different cities in Spain and has had more than 7,000 spectators.

It is at this event that the members of the team of Headway Executive y Future Track we had the great pleasure of attending. We workers were moved by the performances of the artists who filled the stage; people who shared their stories from introductory videos and executed their work in a brilliant and admirable way.

The Más In Gala was attended by artists from SuperArte, an artistic scholarship program aimed at the training and development of music and dance for people with functional diversity. Also mentioned was the Desafíate Scholarship program, aimed at athletes such as the presenter of the Gala, Sara Andrés.

The event did not leave us indifferent and filled us with emotions; we cried, we laughed, we were amazed and, above all, we were surprised and learned. Now we know that “he who wins is not a champion but he who tries” and that working for the inclusion of people with functional diversity is everyone’s job, and little by little the stages will continue to be filled with great artists like those of the Más In Gala and at Headway Executive we want to be there to experience it.
