CAREER PLANNING – HEADWAY WITH ESADE & BOCCONI

Las Monday 7th, Víctor Carulla, Managing Partner of Headway Executive Search, has given a talk at the Careers session for EMMS on Career Planning & tips for an effective Career Management that ESADE has organized for the Executive Master students, together with the University and SDA Bocconi School of Management.

The Career Planning session was attended by students from Italy, China, Switzerland, Russia and more than 10 other nationalities. During the course of the session, fundamental aspects such as change of company, functional area, change of sector, entrepreneurship, internal promotion and salary negotiation were analyzed.

Those attending these sessions were able to resolve their doubts and focus on their own professional objectives and goals, as well as work on personal branding, networking, market knowledge and other important factors for planning their professional career.
