IESF 20th Anniversary

International Executive Search Federarion XX Anniversary

On September 12, 2022, we had the great pleasure and honor of participating in the AGM (Annual Global Meeting) of  IESF (International Executive Search Federation)

as partners since our founding in 2010. This year was the organization’s 20th anniversary and it was held in one of the places in the world considered one of the seven wonders, Machu Picchu, Peru.

The meeting was held in Cuzco, where during several days very interesting talks were held about trends, new models, implementation of new formulas, (such as bclose), and improvements in the services we provide globally to our customers.

This year it was an honor that Victor Carulla to once again receive an award from the organization, reflecting a job well done on the part of  Headway Executive Search when searching for top-level executives for our partners in other countries.

Our commitment to our partners, present in more than 23 countries, is total. The professionalism reflected in each of them is more than excellent, and this year in addition to celebrating the anniversary, we were able to have a new partner, Austria, from the hand of Yenni Benze, from YBM Partners. A luxury to be able to count on her and another asset to add to this group of people, which we have been able to build from humility, teamwork, and based on personal and professional fit.

We don’t just want to be in one geographical location, we want to feel well represented in any of the places where we are present, and with 23 countries to date, we all conclude that we can be satisfied with the human and professional quality behind each of our partners and friends.
