Third year attending HR Core Lab

Over the past few days, we joined HR Core Lab once again alongside Claudia Montedónico (Chile) and Adelina Rosca (Romania), representing IESF – International Executive Search Federation. An environment that goes beyond trends and really challenges how we think about the future of the People function.

Conversations—with professionals like Mar Hernández (ESTEVE), Modiara Kamps (BCG), Mara Lucini, and many others—naturally centered around artificial intelligence. But not from a theoretical lens—rather, from the real impact we are already starting to see across organizations.

A few key takeaways:

🔹 AI as a copilot for People functions: from talent identification and development to workforce planning and personalized learning.

🔹 Data-driven talent decisions: organizations are increasingly combining advanced analytics and AI to reshape hiring, internal mobility, and capability planning.

🔹 New capabilities for leaders and HR: it’s not just about adopting technology—it’s about building judgment, critical thinking, and an ethical perspective on its use.

🔹 The human paradox of AI: the more advanced the tools become, the more critical human elements—leadership, culture, and employee experience—truly are.

We are entering a phase where technology is no longer just a tool—it’s becoming an active part of how we work and make decisions. And that creates a significant opportunity (and responsibility) to rethink how organizations attract, develop, and lead talent.

Thank you to everyone who shared insights, perspectives, and meaningful conversations.

We are entering a phase where technology is no longer just the next step, but a true revolution—where tools stop being just tools and become an extension of ourselves. And that opens up a vast opportunity to rethink how organizations attract, develop, and lead talent.

And especially to Claudia Montedónico and Adelina Rosca for the journey representing IESF, as well as Astrid Groot and Greg Miller for making everything run so smoothly once again.
