Last Thursday, Esade Alumni Career Services hosted the event “Headhunters Live: How to Advance in Your Career”, an inspiring session that brought together more than 80 professionals, mostly with executive backgrounds, eager to enhance their career development and exchange insights with industry experts.
The event featured representatives from leading executive search firms such as Pla&Associats, Saltor Talent, Headway Executive Search, STATUS EMA Partners, Konsac Group, Page Executive, Catenon Worldwide Executive Search, LHH Recruitment Solutions, and The Skeye.
Víctor Carulla, Managing Partner of Headway Executive Search, represented the firm and shared his perspective on key strategies to advance one’s career, navigate selection processes successfully, and build a professional path aligned with personal values and long-term goals.
A dynamic round-table format allowed participants to engage directly with headhunters, exchange experiences, and expand their professional networks in an open and enriching environment.
