Business Immersion Week at EU Business School

This past Monday, November 18th, Victor Carulla, Managing Partner at Headway Executive Search, had the honor of returning to EU Business School, his alma mater, as a speaker during the Business Immersion Week, held at the impressive LIV Auditorium. It was a unique moment to address 225 students from Bachelor’s, Master’s, and MBA programs, part of the current 2,405 students at EU Business School, who today represent more than 123 nationalities in Barcelona (and 162 nationalities among all alumni).

Sharing the stage with such notable figures as Laura Jones (Global Head of Health and Wellbeing, Save the Children), Anna Pérez (Group Brand Manager, Lindt), Ramón Alfonseda (President of the Barça Former Players Association for nearly 20 years), André Hoffman (Vice Chairman, Roche), and Filiz Akdede (Global Head of Go-to-Market, HP), as part of the Learning from Leaders program, made the experience even more enriching.

During his talk, Victor had the opportunity to discuss trends in the executive search world from a headhunter’s perspective and connect with an audience full of energy, ambition, and a strong desire to transform the business world. It was a true privilege to contribute to the development of those who will be the leaders of tomorrow and to give back some of the valuable lessons he learned during his time at EU Business School.

Each year, we strive to assist and share our knowledge altruistically, aiming to provide new generations with insights into what lies ahead and emphasizing how important the career decisions they are about to make will be.
