15 Years of Headway: Celebrating Our Anniversary in Madrid

This year marks a very special milestone: Headway turns 15! And we wanted to celebrate it in style—bringing the entire team together in Madrid for a few unforgettable days filled with shared experiences and great moments.

The celebration kicked off with a magical evening alongside the Future Track team, where we enjoyed a lively and fun-filled night. We were treated to the spectacular WAH! show—an impressive musical and sensory experience that amazed us all and set the perfect tone for this special occasion.

The following day, we changed gears and hopped on bikes to explore Madrid  in a different way. We discovered hidden corners, quirky anecdotes, and historical details about the city—even some that locals didn’t know! It was an activity that blended fun, movement, and learning, and it further strengthened the team spirit that defines us.

These two days reminded us that beyond the work, we are a group of committed, creative people who enjoy walking the journey together. We celebrate what we’ve achieved, appreciate the present, and look to the future with excitement.
