ESADE: Reflections and Learnings for Professional Growth

On May 23rd, our Senior Consultant Paula Gutiérrez, along with Álvaro Carcel, Blanca García Coloma, Jaime Delgado, Laia Martín, and Luis Céspedes, participated in a dialogue session with current Executive MBA participants at ESADE. Together, they shared insights on the labor market, its opportunities, and its challenges.

During the roundtable discussions, participants exchanged ideas about professional development and the keys to reaching senior leadership roles, as well as the role headhunters can play in supporting these career journeys.
