Headway 15th Anniversary!
This March 2025, Headway Executive Search proudly celebrates its 15th anniversary.
Founded in March 2010, the company began its journey in a challenging economic context, marked by a global financial crisis that deeply affected Spain, with unemployment reaching 23% and 40% among young people. Despite these difficulties, Headway Executive Search has managed to consolidate and grow over the years.
In a recent LinkedIn post, Víctor Carulla, Managing Partner of Headway, expressed his gratitude to clients, candidates, and collaborators who have been fundamental on this journey. Headway Executive’s membership in the International Executive Search Federation (IESF) has been a key pillar in its national and international development. Over the years, Víctor Carulla has been and continues to be the Country Manager for Spain and Portugal. Furthermore, he has been an active member of the Leadership Council for over seven years, Global President for more than three years, and is currently also a Member of the Advisory Board for nearly four years.
