Funciones y responsabilidades
- The Managing Director will unify the organization, modernize processes and strengthen the commercial structure. Acting as a business owner, will drive improvements in commercial performance, organizational efficiency, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead the sales, customer service, and procurement teams.
- Manage clients from different channels, including the DIY channel, and suppliers from Europe, China, the Far East, Saudi Arabia, among others.
- Set commercial strategy, sales targets, and customer service standards following group criteria.
- Optimize local processes, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Align objectives and reporting with group leadership at headquarters.
- Support the integration and harmonization of operational practices across the entities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop local employees in commercial and customer service functions.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.
- Support succession planning and talent development locally.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Drive growth in sales and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in the Spanish market, industry forums, and trade events.

Experiencia
- Proven senior leadership experience (+10 years) managing mid-sized companies or sales departments.
- Experience leading commercial and customer-facing teams, with full P&L responsibility
- Previous experience in medium-sized companies, with the ability to make decisions independently, build teams, and execute change pragmatically
- Proven ability to drive growth, improve margins, optimize logistics and procurement, and increase productivity in a B2B environment
Formación
Preferably Sales & Leadership education. Engineering background is also interesting.
