Our client is looking for an HR Manager, who will be part of the Country Management Team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible  for all HR related tasks and processes for Cary Group’s Spanish business, Auto Cristal Ralarsa. You will be the one driving all local initiatives as well as implementation of Group wide initiatives in your country. Your role will also be to ensure successful cooperation in your team and includes the responsibility to make sure your organization is part of the future development of Cary Group’s local operation in Spain.

Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Labor law – support for managers in labor law processes, cooperation with labor unions to ensure that we operate by regulations and applicable law.
  • Leading and develop the payroll unit.
  • Comp & Ben – further develop and ensure the quality of our compensation models, ensure that we comply with internal policies as well as laws and agreements
  • Work environment – coordinate and develop our work environment for all Spanish operations and hold the chairmanship of Ralarsa’s Health & Safety Committee
  • Culture and values – actively push our work in terms of diversity and inclusion as well as be a bearer and ambassador for our common values within Cary Group
  • Recruitment – employer branding, channels/platforms for recruitment and selection processes
  • Learning – onboarding processes, development programs, development of leadership.

You will be part of Group HR Council (currently meets on a monthly basis) and Group H&S Committee (currently meets on a quarterly basis).

You need to be a mature leader with a natural drive to implement change. You like to encourage your co-workers and enjoy seeing them develop and grow. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and a good communicator.
You must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as HRBP and/or Human Resources Manager in a professional and professionalized company with an international focus.
Experience from acquisitions and onboarding of new entities will be valued.
