We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support all HR activities of Iberian organization, participating in the Convergence project between some subsidiaries. Oversee some HR aspects of other SEBA countries (Greece, Bulgaria, Israel).

Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Managing payroll process, benefits programs and employee communitacions for HR related topics.
  • Ensuring data input in their system (IHRIS) and time and attendance in compliance with local and global policy.
  • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Working with recruitment agencies to guarantee that vacancies are timely filled and candidates are highly qualified.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and reward strategies to ensure decisions and practices are fair, consistent, objective and in-line with business goals.
  • Assisting on health & safety matters in compliance with local regulations.
  • Developing and promoting training plan to influence continous staff improvement.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help training & development initiatives.
  • HR Reporting and data analysis for managment review and business decisions.
  • Familiar with human resources policies, local regulations and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor practices
  • People &results oriented, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • 3/5 years’ experience as HR Generalist
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; IHRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Multicultural and multinational experience
  • Degree in Business & Managment with a specialization in HR or HR degree


Native Spanish
Fluent English
Any other language is a plus
