Our client is looking for an HR Director. He/she will be responsible for all HR related tasks and processes.

Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Supporting managers in labor law processes, and cooperation with labor unions.
  • Leading and developing the payroll unit.
  • Further, develop and ensure the quality of the company compensation models, ensure that the company complies with internal policies as well as laws and agreements
  • Coordinating and developing the work environment for all Spanish operations and holding the chairmanship of the company’s Health & Safety Committee
  • He/she will be responsible for the recruitment, employer branding, and channels/platforms for recruitment processes
  • Being responsible for onboarding processes and development programs.
  • The HR Manager will be part of the Group HR Council and Group H&S Committee.

  • Great communication skills.

A minimum of 10 years of experience as Human Resources Manager or HR Director in a professional and professionalized company with an international focus.
Experience from acquisitions and onboarding of new entities will be valued.


Higher education, ideally complemented by a master's or postgraduate degree in human resources.

Fluent level of English
