IESF REGIONAL MEETING \u2013 BUDAPEST 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"This year, our regional meeting took place in Budapest<\/span><\/span>, bringing together partners from different countries in a unique setting to further strengthen our international collaboration. An intense, dynamic, and above all highly enriching experience\u2014both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n

We would like to extend our special thanks to our local hosts, \u00c9va Feh\u00e9r<\/span><\/span> and Mariann T\u00e1l<\/span><\/span>, partners at Prime Job Group<\/span><\/span> and our exclusive IESF partners in Hungary, for their outstanding organization. We also thank our President, Gertjan Van de Groep<\/span><\/span>, and Linde van de Groep<\/span><\/span> for their continuous support and coordination.<\/p>\n

Over these days, we shared high-level working sessions, strategic discussions, and multiple exchanges of experiences across markets\u2014further reinforcing our value proposition as a global organization and network.<\/p>\n

We continue to consolidate our international presence, strengthen relationships among partners, and generate new collaboration opportunities in an increasingly global and connected environment.<\/p>\n

Once again, from IESF – International Executive Search Federation<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, we reaffirm our commitment to bringing international connections, shared knowledge, and new business opportunities to the business community.<\/p>\n

On the final day in Budapest, we presented the results of a truly global study<\/strong>, with participation from over 900 CEOs across 23 countries<\/strong>.\"\"<\/p>\n

A high-level event that gathered more than 100 CEOs, managing directors, and company presidents from international organizations<\/strong>, along with diplomats and senior representatives<\/strong> from various Chambers of Commerce\u2014clearly reflecting the relevance and interest in the challenges and opportunities we are addressing.<\/p>\n

The insights shared sparked a rich discussion on the present and future of our organizations, particularly in a context shaped by transformation<\/strong>, uncertainty<\/strong>, and the growing impact of AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
