Here are the results:<\/p>\n<p><strong>96.21%<\/strong> <strong>consider their experience during the interview to be excellent or very good.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>93.91%<\/strong> consider their interview to have been interesting or comfortable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We value knowing how candidates feel during our interviews, as our goal is for them to feel comfortable and have an enriching experience. In that regard, we are achieving our objective!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>95.61%<\/strong> consider that the interview started on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Respecting each person&#8217;s time is fundamental to us. We ensure that punctuality is a standard in all our interviews. Although we have not yet reached 100%, we are very close.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>97.79%<\/strong> consider the Headway team to be very well or excellently prepared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The preparation of our consultants and partners is constantly evaluated. We strive not only to conduct interviews with professionalism, courtesy, and respect but also to advise each person in the best possible way, guide them, and recommend what is best for their career.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>93.66%<\/strong> consider that we provide a very good or excellent explanation of the project for which they are being interviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is essential to thoroughly understand our clients, know what they are looking for and why, to provide as much detail as possible within permitted limits.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>80.13%<\/strong> would recommend Headway after their experience in a process. If we included those who rated us an &#8220;8,&#8221; this percentage would increase to <strong>94.81%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These results reflect the perceptions of over 1,350 people about their experience with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.headway.es\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Headway<\/a>. We are extremely pleased with such positive figures.
