\"\"Still with the hangover of the national team’s victory present, I am excited to write this article. I believe that the achievement, the way it was achieved and the moment in which it was achieved, deserve it.<\/p>\n

Spain is the country with the most European titles, with a total of four. I have been lucky enough to witness and enjoy three of them in my 41 years. The first victory was in 1968, and the other three in 2008, 2012 and 2024. To put this in perspective, teams like England have no European titles at all, Germany has three, and Portugal, France and Italy have two each, i.e. half as many. Moreover, Spain has the peculiarity of winning almost every final it reaches, with the exception of the 1984 final against France. We should be aware of this reality and be proud of it. Our European colleagues are surely well aware of our potential.<\/p>\n

This national team has been represented by 26 players from 15 different teams, mostly from the Spanish LaLiga, but also from the Bundesliga, the Premier League and the Saudi Professional League. The team that has contributed the most players is Real Sociedad, with five players, who have been protagonists in key moments. The second team with the most players is Barcelona, followed by Real Madrid and Athletic Club, with three players each.<\/p>\n

As a big football fan, I dreamt of victory from the very beginning of this European championship, not only for my own personal enjoyment, but also because I believe it has come at an opportune moment for the country. I feel a certain tension in the streets that I hope this achievement can ease. Hopefully it will serve as a small seed that will allow us to be a great team in all areas.<\/p>\n

I am convinced that for something to work, whether it is a country, a national team, a marriage or a company, it is essential to share a common goal, to row in the same direction and to encourage teamwork. Many players have emphasised from the beginning that more than a national team, \u2018we are a team\u2019, and this has produced wonderful results that otherwise would not have been achieved.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, teamwork is fundamental to business success, as it allows for the combination of diverse skills, perspectives and experiences, which enriches decision-making and fosters innovation. In a collaborative environment, employees are more motivated and engaged, which improves productivity and quality of work. In addition, cooperation and mutual support facilitate problem solving and the achievement of common goals. When teams work cohesively, the company can adapt more quickly to market changes and overcome challenges more effectively, resulting in sustained, competitive success.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
