On September 12, 2022, we had the great pleasure and honor of participating in the AGM (Annual Global Meeting) of\u00a0 IESF (International Executive Search Federation)<\/a><\/p>\nas partners since our founding in 2010. This year was the organization’s 20th anniversary and it was held in one of the places in the world considered one of the seven wonders, Machu Picchu, Peru.<\/p>\n
The meeting was held in Cuzco, where during several days very interesting talks were held about trends, new models, implementation of new formulas,\u00a0(such as bclose<\/a>), and improvements in the services we provide globally to our customers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our commitment to our partners, present in more than 23 countries, is total. The professionalism reflected in each of them is more than excellent, and this year in addition to celebrating the anniversary, we were able to have a new partner, Austria, from the hand of Yenni Benze<\/a>, from YBM Partners<\/a>. This year it was an honor that Victor Carulla<\/a> to once again receive an award from the organization, reflecting a job well done on the part of\u00a0 Headway Executive Search<\/a> when searching for top-level executives for our partners in other countries.<\/p>\n
